Tenancy and estate agent law

We represent and advise property management, sequestrators, property owners, estate agents, interest groups and property funds in all matters of tenancy law, in particular in commercial tenancy law.

We collaborate with the organisation ‘Haus & Grund’ [house & property] as well with the ‘Leipziger Fachkreis Gewerbe-Immobilien e.V.’ [commercial property circle of experts] with whom we get involved on a voluntary basis both locally as well as regionally.

Related to the area of tenancy law is the law governing estate agents and caretakers or homeowners’ associations, in other words the service providers in the sector covered by tenancy law.

Our spectrum of activities within tenancy law is not limited to questions on rental of residential property or office space but includes, in particular, the settlement of losses as well as the assertion or defence of indemnity claims by taking relevant legal features specific to insurance law into consideration.

This applies also and especially to the rental of movable objects, particularly vehicles and construction machinery.
