We advise and represent companies in the construction industry with regard to official and legal verification procedures for the awarding of contracts. This involves both procedures below the threshold and formal verification procedures above the threshold.

Looking after our client entails counsel during all phases of the procurement procedure. It starts with checking the tender documents, continues with advice on the valuation of the offer and, if necessary, ends with verification proceedings.

Beyond this our range of activities include the assertion of all claims by bidders that could arise from delayed decisions on the awarding of contracts (for example compensation for increased costs, extension of construction time etc.).
