Property law
General property law completes our activity profile as service provider in the property sector.
We advise and represent property owners as well as interested buyers on all matters concerning property ownership. This involves questions of neigbour rights, question on the law governing access and pathways, questions on public use or other limitations (for example tree preservation bye-laws) as well as questions in connection with public development measures.
A large part of our activities involves disputes in connection with liability for defects from property sales contracts or willful deceit, i.e. the (apparent) fraudulent concealment of hidden defects based on the conclusion of such contracts.
Aside from construction and architect contracts we also draw up contracts for the purchase of property or check contracts drafted by third parties, which are presented to the client.
