Labour and social security law
In the field of labour law we predominately assist employers in designing employment contracts as well as with questions relating to dismissals protection including representing them during legal actions in the labour court.
In addition we advise and aid construction companies in matters of social security law relating specifically to the construction industry, i.e. vis-à-vis the ‘Urlaubs- und Lohnausgleichskasse der Bauwirtschaft (ULAK)’ [leave and wage compensation fund of the construction industry], the ‘Zusatzversorgungskasse des Baugewerbes (ZVK)’ [supplementary pension fund of the construction sector], the Labour Office as well as the workmen’s compensation boards. A large part of our service to clients in this area are disputes relating to pay scale classifications as well as questions on minimum wage and the subsequent contributions that have to be made to the various funds.
