Insurance law is one of the fields of expertise of our firm; we advise and represent insurance providers and policyholders in all sectors of insurance law, particularly, in the areas of occupational disability insurance, private medical insurance, accident insurance, life insurance, private pension insurance and all forms of property insurance, especially construction insurance as well as comprehensive insurance.

Aside from insurance providers, one of our clients is a national car rental company that we represent in the area of the law relating to comprehensive insurance as well as road accident liability in the new Federal States and Berlin.

The range of our activities comprises out-of-court settlements of insurance cases up to taking legal action to assert or defend relevant claims.

Within the general indemnity law we deal predominately with the settlement of failed property and motor vehicle contracts as well as the assertion or defence of compensation claims arising from road accidents.
