German-Italian legal relations

We advise Italian companies extensively on all legal matters that concern their business activity in Germany. This involves advising and accompanying clients to the opening of a German branch or the formation of a German subsidiary, which can lead to a complete processing of all necessary steps including the realisation of existing funding possibilities. If requested, a firm of tax consultants with which we have collaborated in this area for many years attends to questions of taxation.

Furthermore, we work for German companies that have legal relationships to Italian partners or are in the process of establishing these and require legal advice.

In addition to providing advice we are active in the field of international procedural law. Here the focus is on cross-border assertions of claims including the enforcement of foreign (Italian) legal titles in Germany. Whenever necessary or requested we cooperate with Italian partner firms.
