Construction and architects’ law

One of the core areas of our firm is construction law. We advise and represent commercial property investors, construction companies, property developers, plant constructors, craftsman’s businesses, homeowners’ associations as well as private builders in all sectors of private and public construction and architects’ law including public procurement law.

Our sphere of activities comprises counseling clients with regard to the concept, preparation and drawing up of contracts for property projects including possible permit procedures. This flows over into advice on the completion of construction projects and, if necessary, ends with legal action to settle claims. Also part of our area of activities is the assertion of claims in the case of insolvency proceedings.

The range of disputes in construction law that we attend to extends from the assertion or defence of wage claims to out-of-court and/or jurisdictional settlements of large-scale or plant construction projects.

On behalf of property investors we compile property evaluations (due diligence) that can also include the evaluation of technical facts for which we consult cooperative partners.

Beyond this we attend to public legal approval procedures of the construction and environmental law including the assertion or defence of nighbourhood rights.

Among our references relating to cases in construction and property law are a number of nationally significant large-scale and plant construction projects.
